Ahmed Azam: The trophy of the celebrity cricket tournament, “Celebrity Champions Trophy (CCT) 2025,” has been unveiled. On Thursday night, the organizers and team representatives revealed the trophy at an event in Bashundhara, Dhaka.

The tournament will commence at Bashundhara Cricket Stadium on May 5 and continue until May 12. Four teams—Titans, Knight Riders, Javico Kings, and Swapnadhara Spartans—will compete in seven matches, which will be broadcast live on T Sports.

The trophy unveiling ceremony was attended by the mentors of the four teams: directors Mostafa Kamal Raj, Gias Uddin Selim, Tanim Rahman Anshu, and Probir Roy Chowdhury. They introduced their team members during the event.

Additionally, several renowned personalities, including Mehazabeen Chowdhury, Siam Ahmed, Roshan, Tousif, Nadia, Tasnia Farin, Arefin Rumi, Rafsan Sabab, and Shyamal Mawla, graced the occasion.

The sports event is sponsored by Walton Cable and Walton Lift, powered by sponsor Akij Air. Team sponsors include Swapnadhara Asset Developments Limited, while cap and team sponsorship are provided by Javico Electronics Limited. The organizers have stated that besides the sports competition, the initiative aims to promote unity, health awareness, and enthusiasm for sports in society.
